Campaign categories help you organize your campaigns into meaningful groups. This improves user navigation and enhances how campaign are displayed on your website.
Go to: WordPress Dashboard → Campaign → Campaign Categories

Description
Name
Enter the name of the category. This is how it will appear on your site.
Example: “Hair Services”, “Digital Marketing”
Slug
The slug is the URL-friendly version of the name.
Use only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
Example: digital-marketing
Parent Campaign Category
Select a parent category to create a hierarchy (optional).
Example: “Jazz” can be the parent of “Bebop” and “Big Band”.
Description
Provide a short description of the category.
Note: Not all themes display this on the front end.
Save the Category: Click the “Add New Campaign Category” button to save your new category.
Your category will now be available when adding or editing a campaign under Campaigns → Add New.
